—super mesh in vacuum & high temperature

Molybdenum Mesh

The molybdenum mesh is woven from pure molybdenum wire or molybdenum-niobium alloy. The products are mainly used in high-temperature vacuum furnaces. The main specifications are as follows:

Material: pure molybdenum wire and molybdenum niobium alloy.
Content: pure molybdenum content ≥99.95%, molybdenum bismuth alloy bismuth content 0.3%.
Weaving process: plain weave.
Aperture: 0.02mm-50mm (filtering accuracy).
Stock specifications: 4 mesh, 20 mesh, 24 mesh, 40 mesh, 100 mesh, 200 mesh, 250 mesh, 300 mesh, etc. Other specification can be customized.
Shape classification: It can be cut into circles, rectangles, ovals, etc. according to actual needs.
Applications: Vacuum furnace heat treatment molybdenum mesh, vacuum furnace grid, strong magnetic sintering.
Applicable temperature: 1100 ° C

When the molybdenum mesh is heat treated in a vacuum furnace, a fully automatic sintering device is used. Each batch of strong magnetic sintering is completed, and the molybdenum mesh needs to be taken out with the sinter, thereby causing oxidation. The surface of the black molybdenum mesh contains a graphite emulsion coating to protect the molybdenum wire. The substrate slows the oxidation rate and thus increases the service life.

Molybdenum mesh is mainly caused by edge oxidation breakage, so we use double wire weaving at the edge of molybdenum mesh to improve the edge strength of molybdenum wire mesh and also improve the service life of molybdenum wire. According to the actual production needs, the edge of the molybdenum mesh can be wrapped with molybdenum foil, which not only solves the problem of silk burrs at the edge of the molybdenum mesh, but also improves the number of times of use, thereby reducing the cost of use.
